I can still remember when I threw my name in the hat and sent a podcast pitch to Cami and Elisabeth of the Biz Birthday Bash. These two powerhouses in the industry and I’ve been a listener of their podcast from day one. So, when they replied that they’d love to have me on the show – I was beyond excited. And I can tell you, these ladies are a riot. They’re hilarious, wildly smart, and so genuinely kind. I can honestly say that this is the favorite interview that I’ve ever done as a guest. So much so that I asked them if I could share it on my show.

Now this is a little different for the podcast because I’m sharing my interview, from Elisabeth’s and Cami’s show. This was a conversation that we had as 3 entrepreneurs in the stationery world about putting people over profit.

I hope that you’ll listen with an open heart because the customer service approach that we talked about in the episode is really what helped all 3 of us grow our businesses. I hope that this interview gives you a different view of the entrepreneur that lands in your earbuds each and every week – it was fun to be on the other side of the mic for once! Most wedding professionals focus on perfecting their product, marketing, and social media - which are all important. But what’s even more important is the way you and your business makes people feel. 

When faced with decisions like:-
🔸 Do I reprint after the couple made a spelling error?
🔸 The mother of the bride needs a little bit of extra help... do I take the time?

Jamison’s getting tubes in his ears tomorrow ❤️🙏🏻 This mama is a bundle of nerves but I know this will help with his hearing and speech. He’ll be two next month and hasn’t started talking yet but he’s trying so hard! 

Then, in two weeks I have my tonsils out and deviated septum done (in the same surgery). 

A father-son duo is doing both of our surgeries. The father is doing Jamison’s tomorrow, and the son will do mine at the end of the month. We were there for Jamison’s pre-op this week and I said “your son is doing my tonsils in a couple weeks!” And all he said was “oh that hurts like hell” 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ 

Has anyone gotten either procedure done? Any tips? Help ease my nerves tonight! 🙏🏻❤️
